Removing Market Barriers to Green Development

The Northeast-Midwest Institute, U.S. EPA Region 5, and the Delta Institute, are carrying out an EPA-funded project designed to define and help overcome the barriers to broad adoption of green building and sustainable development practices. The final report for the project is:
